RIGHT DAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This is an agreement between Kam Exchange FZ-LLC, the owner and operator of the Right Day mobile application ("Right Day Affirmation"), website ("https://www.right-day.com/"), and related content and services ("Right Day," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before using the services (as defined below) offered by Kam Exchange FZ-LLC. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the Right Day application, website, features, content, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms explain who we are, how we provide products and services, refund policies, and other important information.
"You" and "Your" refer to the person accessing or using the Services. If you create an account on behalf of an employer, company, organization, or other entity, then (i) all references to "You" herein include both you and that entity, (ii) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement, and (iii) you agree to this Agreement on the entity’s behalf.
By accessing, subscribing to, or using any part of the Right Day Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, available at https://www.right-day.com/en/terms-conditions/. In accordance with Section 14, whether you purchased a subscription directly or received access through a third party, this Agreement will govern your use of the Services in conjunction with your subscription. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms apply to all users, including both free and premium subscribers. Right Day reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time, with prior notice for significant changes. Continued use of the Services after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Right Day provides access to the Right Day app, which offers personalized life planning, daily habit tracking, mindfulness tools, and well-being insights. Subscription options may include Monthly, Annual, and other membership plans, with pricing details available at mobile application. Right Day incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning to provide affirmations, habit recommendations, and personal insights. While we strive to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be reliable or free from errors.

The Right Day Services are provided by Kam Exchange FZ-LLC, a free zone licensed limited liability company established under the laws of the United Arab Emirates under registration number [Insert Registration Number] and DUNS number 850096878, with its registered office at in5 Tech, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, Dubai, UAE .

3. Party Requesting Services
The contracting of the Right Day Services can only be carried out through the Right Day Application, which is available for free on the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS) (hereinafter, "App Stores"). Users may also access the app via links provided on the official Right Day website (https://www.right-day.com/).
The USER declares that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through the Right Day App. If you become aware that a minor has subscribed to any of the services offered within the App, please notify us immediately at info@right-day.com so that we can take the necessary actions.
The USER may choose to formalize their agreement with Right Day in any of the languages in which these Contracting Conditions are available within the App. In case of discrepancies between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
4. Object of the Contract
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the contractual relationship between Right Day and the USER regarding the use and subscription of the Right Day Services. This relationship is established once the USER accepts these Terms by checking the corresponding box during the online registration or subscription process.
The contractual relationship grants the USER access to the Right Day Services, either free or paid, as publicly displayed within the App and App Stores. These services include access to daily affirmations, motivational quotes, and personalized habit tracking and insights.
The USER acknowledges that certain features may require a subscription or in-app purchases, with pricing details available on the App or Website.
The Right Day Services may be accessed and used by any natural person who has downloaded the Right Day App through the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
These Terms apply to the USER, along with the conditions set forth by the respective App Stores, as well as any applicable consumer protection and user rights regulations.
To access and use certain features of the Right Day Services, including any subscription-based Membership, you must create an Account and, where applicable, pay the required subscription fees ("Membership Fees"). By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to keep your Account details updated. You may not select or use a username that (i) impersonates another person or (ii) belongs to someone else without appropriate authorization.
You are solely responsible for any activity occurring under your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account password. You may not use another person's account or registration information without their explicit permission. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes in your eligibility, any security breaches, or any unauthorized use of your Account or password. You must not publish, distribute, or share your login credentials.
You may delete your Account at any time directly through the Right Day App in the Profile Settings or by submitting a request to our support team at info@right-day.com.
Right Day shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a USER's failure to comply with this section.
The Right Day Services provide access to software, text, graphics, images, video, audio, data, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”). The Services and Content may include proprietary and third-party technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and similar tools (together, "AI Technology"), including third-party large language models ("LLM") used to enhance user experience.
Subject to this Agreement and your subscription, Right Day grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable limited license to (i) access and use the Content, software, and applications made available through the Services and (ii) download and display locally the Content, strictly for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or storage of Content beyond its intended use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from Right Day. You may not sell, license, rent, or exploit the Content for commercial purposes or in any way that violates third-party rights. The Content may be owned by Right Day or provided through agreements with partners, licensors, affiliates, or other users and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright regulations. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Upon first launch, the USER may be prompted to answer optional questions to personalize their experience. These preferences can be modified at any time through the settings panel within the app. The USER will initially have access to a free version with limited content to explore its features.
To unlock full access, the USER may subscribe to the Premium version, which offers different payment plans, including monthly, annual subscriptions. Payments are processed through the app stores, with options such as credit or debit cards, or other methods depending on the USER’s device and region.

The Right Day Services may provide links to external websites, products, or services ("External Services"), including AI-powered tools and third-party content recommendations. Some AI-generated content, insights, or recommendations within the Right Day App may be processed using third-party artificial intelligence services, such as OpenAI. These External Services are provided for convenience only and are not directly controlled by Right Day. By engaging with AI-generated features, the USER acknowledges that such content is processed by OpenAI's API and is subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (https://openai.com/terms, https://openai.com/privacy). Right Day does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Any use of External Services is subject to separate agreements between the USER and the respective provider. Right Day is not responsible for any content, recommendations, or data provided by third-party External Services.
The Services are intended for personal use only and may not be used for any unauthorized commercial purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited: collecting usernames, email addresses, or other user data for unsolicited messages or unauthorized purposes; engaging in any activity that degrades the reliability, speed, or performance of the Services; using web scraping, web harvesting, or automated data extraction techniques to collect data from the Right Day Services, even with account owner consent; or using the Services in any way that is unlawful or violates this Agreement.
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, and without prejudice to Right Day's other rights or remedies, Right Day reserves the right to immediately terminate (i) your subscription if you breach any terms of this Agreement and (ii) any part of the Services at our sole discretion. If you are not in breach, and we terminate the Services, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
To continue using the Right Day Services, you must maintain an active subscription. If you do not renew your subscription or fail to make timely payments, this Agreement will terminate, and access to premium features will be revoked.
If you have a free membership, Right Day reserves the right to modify or discontinue free access at any time, with or without notice. Unless otherwise specified, free memberships will continue until canceled or upgraded to a paid plan.
Unless otherwise stated, all subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you stop using the Services. If payment for a subscription is overdue for three (3) days or more, your Account will become inactive, limiting access to certain features. Once payment is made, access will be fully restored.
Upon termination or cancellation, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement will automatically expire, and your access to the Services and User Content will be discontinued.
You are entitled to support and maintenance as described in our FAQs or within your subscription plan. If you have any technical issues or inquiries, you may contact Right Day Support at info@right-day.com.
The Right Day Services may allow users to submit, upload, store, or share content within the app, including affirmations, goals, wellness insights, personal reflections, and other user-generated inputs (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, up to date, and complies with applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences of sharing it through the Right Day Services. You affirm that:
(i) You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share your content.
(ii) If your content includes personal data or identifiable individuals, you have obtained their express consent to share it within the Services.
By submitting User Content, you grant Right Day a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, display, reproduce, distribute, and share your content as necessary to operate and improve the Services. This may include promoting content on social media or for analytical purposes.
If your Right Day Account is connected to an organization, coach, or third-party entity ("Managing Entity"), your User Content may be shared with them as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Right Day is not responsible for how these third parties use your information.
Prohibited User Content:
You must not submit or share content that:
Infringes on copyright, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
Contains false, misleading, or defamatory statements.
Is obscene, harassing, threatening, pornographic, or illegal.
Encourages unlawful activity or violates any laws.
Advertises or solicits business.
Impersonates another person.
Right Day does not endorse any User Content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws, without prior notice.
If you believe any content violates your rights, you may submit a complaint to info@right-day.com.
The Right Day Services are designed to assist users with habit tracking, mindfulness, and personal development. However, the Services do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare consultation.
The information provided within the Right Day App is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition, mental health, or psychological service.
If you have health-related concerns, consult a licensed medical professional before making any changes to your lifestyle, habits, or wellness practices.
Your use of the Right Day Services does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
Right Day is not liable for any decisions you make based on the app’s content or recommendations.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal development and mindfulness activities carry inherent risks and that you assume all responsibility for how you apply the information provided.
The Right Day Services may include wellness recommendations, mindfulness exercises, and self-improvement insights to help users achieve their personal goals. You acknowledge that:
Right Day is not a medical provider, therapist, fitness coach, or nutritionist.
The Services may not be suitable for everyone, and individual results may vary.
Any content appearing to be personalized recommendations is for guidance only and should not replace expert advice.
Right Day is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of the Services.
If you have any pre-existing health conditions, always consult a professional before engaging in new wellness activities.
13. AI Technology
By using Right Day's AI-powered features, the USER acknowledges and agrees that:
AI-generated insights may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or biased content.
AI does not replace professional advice in mental health, psychology, or any related field.
AI responses lack human judgment, emotions, and contextual understanding, which may lead to misinterpretations.
AI-generated suggestions should not be the sole basis for making decisions related to personal well-being, health, or lifestyle changes.
Right Day bears no liability for any consequences arising from the USER's reliance on AI-generated content. Users should always use independent judgment before acting on AI-powered recommendations.
Right Day will inform the USER of the applicable subscription fees and any taxes before purchasing a service through the Right Day App or the respective app store. All pricing details, including applicable taxes, will be clearly displayed in the subscription interface of the app and app store before completing the transaction.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices do not include additional charges such as internet connection fees or any third-party costs associated with using the service.
The prices applicable to each service are those published in the Right Day App and will be displayed in the currency relevant to the USER’s location, typically in USD, EUR, or local currency where supported. The USER acknowledges that subscription pricing may vary due to promotions, discounts, or market adjustments, without affecting already active subscriptions.
Before confirming a purchase, the USER will be able to review all pricing details, including the selected service, duration, price, applicable taxes, total cost, and any discounts applied. Subscription prices may change periodically, but changes will not affect an active subscription until renewal.
Right Day offers the following subscription plans through the Right Day App:
Monthly Subscription – Automatically renews every month unless canceled.
Annual Subscription – Paid upfront for one year, with automatic renewal unless canceled.
3-Day Free Trial – Available for new users to explore premium features before committing to a paid plan. If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan based on the selected option at signup.
The USER may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Subscription availability and pricing may vary by region and platform.
The prices displayed in the Right Day App typically include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. However, taxes may vary based on the USER’s country of residence, and additional charges may be applied based on local tax regulations.
The applicable tax is determined based on the USER’s billing address or habitual residence. Right Day will ensure that the USER is informed of any tax obligations before completing a purchase, and all tax details will be reflected in the final pricing summary before payment.
Unless required by applicable law, Right Day does not offer refunds for subscription fees once a subscription has been activated. All payments are final and non-refundable, including cases where the USER does not use the Services after purchase.
However, the USER may be eligible for a refund request through the app store under specific conditions determined by Google Play Store or Apple App Store policies.
For Google Play Store purchases: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/15574897?hl=en).
For Apple App Store purchases: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple (https://support.apple.com/en-ae/118223).
If a technical issue prevents the USER from accessing the Right Day Services, they may contact Right Day Support (info@right-day.com) for troubleshooting assistance before requesting a refund.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Unused subscription time after cancellation.
Accidental purchases (unless the app store approves the refund).
Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
If a refund is granted by the app store, the USER’s access to premium features will be revoked immediately.
Right Day reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. When a subscription is purchased, the USER will be charged the price applicable at the time of purchase.
In the event of a subscription price increase, Right Day will provide advance notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. If the USER does not accept the price increase, they may cancel their subscription before the renewal date. If no cancellation is made, the new pricing will automatically apply to the next billing period.
If the USER cancels their subscription and later re-subscribes, they will be charged at the current price at the time of re-subscription.
Upon successful payment, a receipt or invoice will be generated, detailing the service purchased, the amount paid, applicable taxes, and the transaction date.
The USER will receive an invoice via email, provided they have opted to receive email receipts during account setup. The USER may revoke consent to receive invoices via email at any time by contacting Right Day Support.

All payment transactions, including orders, invoices, and billing records, may be stored in Right Day’s internal systems for compliance, security, and customer support purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection and consumer rights laws.
The USER selects the duration of the service when subscribing and pays according to the chosen plan and billing cycle.
By subscribing, the USER gains continuous access to the Right Day Services, unless they cancel the subscription. Subscriptions are automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually), and charges are processed no more than 24 hours before the start of each new period.
The USER may cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing period.
For example, if the USER purchases a monthly subscription, they may cancel at any time during the month, but the subscription remains active until the billing period ends, and no further charges will apply. To cancel, the USER must follow the cancellation process through their Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.
Under applicable consumer protection laws, users may have a right of withdrawal from digital purchases. However, by subscribing to Right Day Services, the USER expressly agrees that the service begins immediately after payment, granting instant access to premium content.
As a result, the right of withdrawal does not apply since the service is fully delivered upon purchase. By proceeding with payment, the USER waives their right to withdraw from the transaction.
Neither Right Day nor the USER shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires).
Government actions or regulatory changes.
Network outages, cybersecurity attacks, or unforeseen technical failures.
Wars, riots, strikes, or other external disruptions beyond control.
Performance of obligations shall be delayed until the force majeure event ceases, at which point services will resume as soon as reasonably possible.
All sales and subscriptions made through the Right Day App are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
No modification, alteration, or agreement contrary to these Terms shall be valid unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Right Day. Right Day reserves the right to modify specifications, pricing, and service details as part of its commitment to continuous improvement. However, such modifications will not affect already purchased subscriptions unless otherwise stated. If unforeseen circumstances affect the availability of services, Right Day will take appropriate measures to notify users and offer alternatives where possible.
Right Day guarantees that its Services meet industry standards and comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement. The Services shall be considered compliant with this Agreement if they meet the following conditions:
They match the description and features provided in the Right Day App and promotional materials.
They are suitable for habit tracking, and well-being, in accordance with their intended use.
They meet user expectations based on the service descriptions provided before purchase.
They provide the quality and performance expected from similar services in the industry.
If the USER experiences service failures or discrepancies, they may contact Right Day Support (info@right-day.com) for assistance. If it is determined that the Right Day Services do not comply with agreed terms, Right Day may, at its discretion:
Provide a fix or update to resolve the issue.
Offer a partial refund or discount where applicable.
Terminate the subscription and refund the remaining portion, if necessary.
All resolutions will be made in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and platform (Google/Apple) policies.
The USER agrees to comply with the following obligations when using Right Day Services:
The USER must use the Right Day App in a lawful manner, without violating any applicable laws or infringing on the rights of third parties.
The USER must ensure that all registration details provided during account creation (such as name, email, and payment information) are accurate and up to date, as Right Day is not responsible for errors due to incorrect user-provided data.
The USER must be of 18+ years age.
The USER is solely responsible for keeping their account credentials and password secure. In the event of loss, theft, or suspected unauthorized access, the USER must notify the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) immediately.
The USER may not share their account or provide access to Right Day premium services to third parties.
The USER is responsible for ensuring that any third parties they interact with through the Right Day App are informed of the app's Terms, Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection regulations.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the USER's account without any right to compensation or refund.
Right Day is responsible for:
Providing the Right Day Services in accordance with the features, specifications, and terms outlined in this Agreement.
Taking appropriate security measures to protect user data and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
Addressing technical issues that are solely attributable to Right Day's systems, with efforts to resolve problems in a timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with the terms outlined for each paid subscription plan.
Right Day will not be responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond its control, including force majeure events, network failures, or third-party technical issues.
Right Day is not liable for the following:
Misuse of the Services by the USER, including unauthorized sharing of content or accounts.
Losses or damages resulting from the USER's reliance on content, recommendations, or insights provided by the app.
Errors or service disruptions caused by external factors such as internet failures, app store malfunctions, or system outages.
Security breaches due to the USER's negligence, such as weak passwords or failure to update account details.
Data loss, deletion, or incomplete transmission caused by third-party network failures or technical issues.
Actions of third parties, including those using the app in violation of these Terms.
If a USER fails to comply with these Terms, Right Day reserves the right to terminate access to the Services, without notice or refund.
If required by law, Right Day will cooperate with authorities to report or address any illegal activity carried out through its platform.
The USER agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Right Day and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from:
The USER’s misuse of the Right Day Services.
The USER’s violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Any third-party claim alleging that the USER’s actions or content caused harm, financial loss, or violated intellectual property rights.
Right Day reserves the right to assume legal defense in cases where the USER is responsible for damages. In such cases, the USER agrees to cooperate with Right Day in handling legal matters.
These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between the USER and Right Day, superseding any prior agreements.
The USER may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under this Agreement.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains legally binding.
The USER confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms before using Right Day Services.
Communications between the USER and Right Day will be handled electronically, either via email or through notifications within the Right Day App.
By agreeing to these Terms, the USER consents to receive electronic communications, including notices about subscription changes, policy updates, and account-related matters.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where Right Day's parent company is registered.
For individual USERS, disputes will be resolved according to consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
For business USERS, disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the UAE.
If the USER resides in the European Union (EU) and has a consumer-related dispute, they may seek resolution via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
